We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada

We dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving your order.   We use Australia Post.  All orders will be shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

If you want to purchase extra cover, please add 'Shipping Extra Insurance Cover' item found in the Accessories. 

Costs for Shipping

Australia: 

Standard Parcel Post (includes tracking & insurance up to $100) 3-5 business days  AU $10.00

Express Parcel Post (includes tracking & insurance up to $100)  2-3 business days  AU $14.10

For weights over 1.5KG and larger dimension products, a custom shipping charge will apply.

New Zealand:

Standard Shipping (incl. tracking & insurance to $100) 5-8 business days NZ $17.00

Std Shipping Signature on delivery (incl. tracking & insurance to $100) 5-8 bus. days  NZ $22.50

United States:

Standard Shipping (incl. tracking & insurance to $100) 6-9 business days  US $19.00

Canada:

Delivery times

Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations between major centres so if you are in a country area, it's likely to take longer.  Artisan Corks are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

Taxes and Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged in your country for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
