Gift Card select a value FROM drop down

Cant decide what to get?  Treat that special someone with a Gift Card from Artisan Corks.  They will be able to select from our range.  Our Gift Cards are valid for 3 years across our range of in stock items.  

A unique code will be sent to you as the purchaser by email. You can then forward this to the receiver who can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total.
